Cwrw Tŷ Mo Case Study

Business: Cwrw Tŷ Mo
Location: Bethesda
Grant amount: £12,912.00

Being awarded Cyngor Gwynedd Spark Fund grant of £12,912 was crucial in enabling Cwrw Tŷ Mo to move its brewing operations to a permanent location and open a bar on Bethesda High Street, helping the business grow and establish itself as a local favourite.

For owner Morgan Vallely, the grant made it possible to support rapid business growth by funding the necessary brewing and beer-serving equipment.

“I am very appreciative of the Spark Fund as it has helped me develop the brewery, as well as being able to showcase more products to customers who visit the bar,” says Morgan.

In addition to creating high-quality beer, Morgan is committed to celebrating the Welsh language. Each beer has a unique Welsh name inspired by local legends and features striking designs by a local artist, creating an experience that is both fun and culturally enriching for customers.
