Phytopet

Location: Pwllheli
Grant Amount: £101,303.20

Phytopet, a producer of herbal remedies for animals, has secured a £101,303.20 Transform Fund Grant to support its much needed expansion. The company’s current manufacturing facilities were no longer fit for purpose, restricting business growth and efficiency.

After two years of searching for suitable premises across North West Wales, the grant now enables Phytopet to relocate to Y Ffôr, Gwynedd, ensuring the business can continue expanding without further delays.

The funding will be used to upgrade the new site, making it ready for the installation of both existing and new equipment essential for production. This move will allow Phytopet to enhance manufacturing capabilities, meet growing customer demand, and secure the company’s long-term future.

Without the Transform Fund Grant, the relocation would not have been feasible. This support ensures that Phytopet can continue contributing to the local economy through job retention and growth.

“Receiving this grant has meant that the company has been able to move to a larger location, increasing production, leading to growth.” Haydn Griggs – Owner.
