Conversations with Councillors, Community and Town Councils, and local regeneration organisations were held as a preliminary stage in the process.
8 Community/Town Councils, organisations, groups, and residents in the Caernarfon area presented their recommendations for the area's local priorities up to 2035. These replies served as the foundation for the second round of public interaction.

Stage 1 Results - Caernarfon (January 2022)
Stage 2 Results - Asking the public's opinion
Following stage 1, a public engagement exercise began in February 2022 for each of the 13 areas/catchment areas, with an invitation for local people to contribute to the development of the Our Area 2035 project by filling out a simple questionnaire online or on paper. A comprehensive engagement programme, involving a series of visits and face-to-face meetings, was organised to encourage as many individuals as possible to participate.
The responses will help shape the Our Area 2035 project - which is a Cyngor Gwynedd framework to regenerate local communities - and feed into several projects to improve local services in your area.
