Receiving a Cyngor Gwynedd Business Development Grant enabled Jack Iffla to turn his business idea into reality by launching Salty Dog Design, a web design, e-commerce, and branding business. “The grant helped me establish the business – it simply wouldn’t have been possible without it,” said Jack.

Thanks to the grant, Jack was able to invest in essential equipment and office furniture, including a computer and camera. These items were key to creating a professional workspace, building a portfolio of work, and attracting new clients.

Salty Dog Design has swiftly begun to establish itself in the industry, delivering a range of projects and building a growing client base. Looking ahead, Jack plans to expand further, with ambitions to recruit additional staff in 2026 as the business continues to grow.
