The historic Old Bank Buildings in Caernarfon, has benefited from a £17,010 Town Centre Property Improvement Grant. This funding has enabled R and I Jones Ltd to accelerate much-needed renovations, including repainting, plasterwork repairs, and roof maintenance.

“Receiving the grant has meant that the company has been able to drive forward with this necessary work sooner,” said Aled Roberts, Director of R and I Jones Ltd.

Being wholesalers, having a secure building is vital, but now with improved aesthetics and structural integrity R and I Jones Ltd can focus on fostering business growth. The improved aesthetic also contributes to the wider regeneration of Caernarfon’s town centre, creating a more attractive environment for residents, visitors, and neighbouring businesses.

The Town Centre Property Improvement Grant aims to support small and medium-sized businesses in revitalising town centre properties. By investing in commercial premises, the initiative enhances the appearance and economic viability of key urban areas.
