Allotments Grant

Allotment Capital Grant

We are inviting applications for grant funding towards allotment and community garden schemes that prioritise the aim of;

• Creating new allotment(s)

or

• Bringing old allotments back into use

There will also be an opportunity for funding towards one or more of the following:

• Improve access to allotments
• Improve facilities and services on allotments
• Improve security of allotment site
• Improve allotment recycling
• Improve biodiversity on allotments
• Allotment promotion and awareness raising.

Eligible expenditure may include the following (but this is not an exhaustive list): 

• Capital - building materials / fences / gates / signs
• Capital - large equipment such as sheds, greenhouse, polytunnels, stores, water collector
• Capital - land preparation and landscaping cost

How Much?

We are accepting applications of up to £5,000

Who can apply?

Applications are invited from community groups, charities, community and town councils, and voluntary organisations.
