Help to live independently

Everyone wants to live independently, to stay in our own homes, and to socialise in our own communities.

What help is available to you?

Use the online self-assessment tool, Helpu’n Hun, to find information about products to make daily living activities in your home easier. The Helpu’n Hun assessment offers advice to help you with difficulties you may face with:

  • Your home – e.g. the bathroom, stairs, lounge, garden.
  • Everyday activities - e.g. shopping, getting dressed, food preparation.
  • Your health – e.g. medicine management, home safety, sight and hearing.
