Unpaid carers: Caring for someone
The Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014) defines a carer as "someone who provides or intends to provide unpaid care to an adult or disabled child" – whether a family member, mate or friend.
The Carers Outreach Service provides support for non-paid carers.
